Seriously, Bruny Island is my new happy place. Went solo (my travel buddies bailed last min lol) and didn’t regret one second. Cheese tasting first thing—YUM. Our guide, Tom, was chill and knew so much random stuff (like how the honey is made on the island? Wild). Lunch was proper Tasmanian, not just touristy. Got a bit muddy doing the rainforest walk but honestly, just adds to the adventure. The lookout at The Neck is EPIC (hold onto your hat, windy as anything up there). Oh, and you can’t snap pics inside the Bligh Museum but it’s worth a peek. Only downside: the bus was a bit cramped, so maybe don’t wear your bulkiest jacket! Def recommend for anyone who likes food + nature.
Did the tour w/ my partner and 2 kids (11 & 8). The cheese stop was the winner for all of us, even the picky eater. Guide Simon kept the facts coming (some dad jokes too haha). Oysters were fresh but not my thing, hubby ate mine too. Rainy morning meant foggy views at the lookout, but still super pretty. Bus was a bit late picking us up but they made up for it with extra chocolate samples. Would go again maybe in summer for better weather.
So...mixed bag! Did the Bruny trip with a group of friends and while the food stops were LEGIT, the pacing felt off. We felt a bit rushed at the honey shop, barely time to pick something. The Neck viewpoint is next-level, but it was sooo crowded by midday. Lunch was tasty, staff v. friendly. Guide was nice but a little hard to hear at the back of the bus. Bring a raincoat! Our shoes got soaked on the short bushwalk.
Bruny Island tour = food coma in the best way. Can’t believe how much cheese, seafood, and fudge we tasted in one day. I went with my girlfriend and we both loved the chill vibe, nobody rushed us at the stops. Staff were super relaxed. The bushwalk was a bit muddy but worth it for all the birds we spotted (bring proper shoes!). Shoutout to our driver Paul for all the corny jokes. Would book again.
Came with my mum for her birthday—she’s obsessed with cheese and was basically in heaven at the first stop. I liked the honey ice cream best tbh. The weather was COLD but clear, so we got gorgeous photos from the Neck. Some bits felt a little touristy but still fun. Guide was informative, maybe talked a bit too much about local politics for my taste. Glad we did it!
My partner and I did this for our anniversary trip. The scenery is INSANE—forest, sea, cliffs, all in one. Cheese place is a must, and the oysters were the best I’ve ever had (and I’ve had a lot). We even saw a white wallaby!! Guide knew all the local secrets. Only thing: bus ride there was a bit long, but the views along the way make up for it.
Expected more from the lunch (just okay, not wow) but the chocolate tasting saved the day. Was traveling solo and met some nice ppl on the bus. Bit chilly and wet outside so bring a jacket if you go in June. Staff were polite, bus pretty clean. Not sure I’d do it again unless it’s sunny.
Family trip (me, wife, 3 teens)—everyone happy for once, miracle! Cheese and fudge stops were top tier. Tour guide kept it interesting without info overload. Saw dolphins from the ferry! The Neck lookout is a must, but stairs are steep. Bring a camera. Only complaint: wish we had longer at the honey shop.
A great day out made even better by our guide,Daniel. We enjoyed some many great experiences and a great way to see Bruny Island. We have no hesitation in recommending this tour.
Loved the relaxed pace. Our group had a mix of older folks and young couples, and everyone found something to love. The Bligh Museum is small but packed with cool stuff (no pics allowed inside though). Got a bit carsick on the windy roads, but worth it for the scenery. Oysters are super fresh but not for everyone.
First trip to Tasmania and this was the highlight. Cheese—delicious, oysters—wow, and the rainforest was sooo green. The guide, Claire, knew all the best photo spots. Lunch at the pub felt authentic, not just tourist food. Even got to try local cider. Would recommend to foodies.
Went with my partner and honestly, such a chill day. The tastings were amazing (I’m still dreaming about the blue cheese). The bus was a bit packed, but the crowd was friendly. The views from The Neck are breathtaking, even if you’re scared of heights like me! Oh, and bring cash for the honey shop—cards were down.
Bruny Island is BEAUTIFUL, no question. Tour was well organized, guide funny. Weather was hit or miss—got soaked crossing to the lookout but dried off quick. Oyster stop was my fav. The museum was okay, not my thing but others seemed to like it. Lunch options a bit limited for vegetarians, just a heads up.
Did this with my parents and everyone had a great time. The cheese place is adorable, and you can watch them making stuff through the window. Loved the honey ice cream! The guide took extra time to help my dad up the stairs at the lookout. Super thoughtful.
Good day out. Group was a bit big for my taste but the stops made up for it. Chocolate tasting was a highlight. The ferry ride was fun—saw some seals! Lunch was tasty but felt a bit rushed. Staff were friendly and the bus was comfy.
Was okay, not AMAZING. The scenery is gorgeous but I wish there was more time at the cheese shop. Guide was nice but kinda quiet. Weather was cold and wet, which put a damper on things. Still, the fudge samples were yum.
Went for my birthday with friends. Oysters, cheese, chocolate—what more do you want?! The lookout is a bit of a climb but the view is unreal. Guide told us about the white wallabies and we actually saw one! 10/10.
Bruny Island tour was the perfect mix of food, sights, and chill vibes. The fudge tasting was my fav, but the oysters were a close second. Staff made us feel so welcome. Weather was chilly but clear—bring a jacket!
Did this trip on a whim with my cousin—def worth it. Guide was fun, food was tasty, and the views are next level. Only thing: wish the bus had USB chargers. Got some epic pics from the lookout.
Took my parents for a day out and we all loved it. The cheese stop is a must, and the honey ice cream is a total treat. Our guide was knowledgeable and patient with everyone’s questions. A bit windy at the lookout so hold onto your hats! Would do again.
Group tour with friends. The food tastings were great and the guide was friendly. The bus was a bit old and squeaky though. Rainforest walk was muddy but fun. Would recommend for a chill day out.
Honestly, can’t fault this tour. Perfect mix of nature and food. The Neck lookout is STUNNING, but stairs are a workout. Lunch was delish and the honey tasting is a must. Staff are super friendly.
Did the trip for my birthday. Best decision! Oysters, cheese, fudge—yummmm. Guide was funny and knew the area well. A bit crowded at the stops but still fun.
Beautiful island, but the weather didn’t cooperate. Got drenched on the walk to the lookout. Food was good but not outstanding. Staff were nice. Would try again in better weather.
Tha variety of experiences throughout the day.

Thsi experience was Absolutely fantastic!! I came to Tasmania by myself and this tour made it so easy, I was picked up 5 minutes from my hotel and that's all I had to worry about. Bruny island is so much bigger than I thought and it would be easy to get lost so having Ric our experienced tour guide made it so much easier!! The lighthouse was worth the guide. All tastings and lunch were included and I have nothing to complain about. The morning Tea was worth it - oysters, cheese and bread
The best thing about this tour was our Guide. He has a thorough knowledge of the Island and its history, especially as he is a resident . the sampling of the local food and confiments is an absolute treat !!!
Very good guide with alot of knowledge
Our guide Jimmy was fantastic providing a wide variety of information about the Islands culture, wildlife and culinarily delights. Particularly enjoyed the care and attention to all the guests attending to there very need and keeping the tour on track and even ahead of schedule so we could enjoy a few special extra stops to Enjoy It's a WOW all round from us !!!!😆
All the beautiful scenery, delicious local produce and magical viewpoints. The experience was enhanced by Dave with his amazing knowledge of the island and its history. He was very good at juggling the itinerary to suit the weather . A good day out..
You get to explore alot of the island and the lunch was amazing. The tour guide provided us with some iteresting local facts and stories. Thoroughly enjoyed the trip and we would do it again.
Ticketing was easy and fast. Grant our guide was very knowledgeable and had a ton of information that he gladly shared. Lunch at the Pub was delicious and the sightseeing was great. Enjoyed the chocolate samples, the honey goodies and of course the oysters were amazing! Thank you for an enjoyable day and all the best to Grant for his upcoming retirement!
Jimmy was an excellent guide, informative and not overbearing. He also seemed to provide an endless series of opportunities to try local produce. We had a great time
Andy is a great tour captain. Very caring and heaps of information. Well planned tour and lovely scenery. A great day out
Grant was a top guide. Ticketing easy.
Well organised tour with lots of meals options. Loved every minute of it
Our experience was fabulous!!! Rick was great very informative and thoroughly recommend it !!!
The guide was very patient, pleasant and knowledgeable. Please note, there were no feedback multiple choice options that adequately described the nature of my feedback, so I had to select 'my guide was 'rude unpleasant' (the guide was neither) because I would not have been able to submit written feedback otherwise. There were a couple of comments I had regarding language used by the guide during the trip. The first was about inclusive language for attendees. There were times when the guide referred to attendees as 'ladies and gentleman', which doesn't recognise my identity as a non-binary attendee (that is, someone who isn't exclusively either male or female). Using alternative language like 'everyone' or 'team' avoids excluding non-binary attendees. A second comment I had was around commentary regarding Bruny Island. A comment was made by the host about how a number of people living on the Island had become 'Cook crazy', by naming street signs etc. after James Cook. This was communicated as an interesting fact attendees might be interested in, rather than as being something that could make First Nations attendees and First Nations residents on Bruny Island feel culturally unsafe about, given Cook's role in the violent colonisation of Australia. Recognising the harmful racial and colonial implications of naming landmarks etc. after colonists like James Cook, particularly given many colonised countries are deliberately heading in the opposite direction, and removing reference to colonists, would have demonstrated more sensitivity, and helped educate attendees.
Guide was great, oysters delicious, light house tour fantastic , lunch tastie , morning tea on the beach beautiful. Great trip
Rock was fabulous. Great local knowledge and passionate about Bruny Island. Great tour! Lunch was also a standout at Bruny Pub!

Mark was a good host and we had a great time with the group. Few more interesting halts/expereinces such as short boat ride, along the way could have been interesting but all in all a wonderful trip
It was so great to see so much of the island and get all the information from Geno. Beautiful beaches, rainforest, lookout and light houses. And then the food part was really good also.
Our driver was outstanding. Bruny island is somewhat of a disappointing location for tourist services.
From the moment Geno picked us up for our Bruny Island tour we knew we were going to have a great day. Geno is very personable and shared his knowledge of the Island with us. The rainforest walk and beach visit were also wonderful experiences.
Andrew was a top notch, easy going bloke who ensured that everyone had a great time on the tour. His knowledge about the area was second to none, and even gave some wonderful tips on how to gather seafood from the shores. Great day out!
The planned tour, knowledgeable tour guide Barnsy) and the friendly group we were with.
The day was awesome from pick up to drop off. Beautiful island and great tour guides.
on an average, there was more driving involved as compared to sight seeing or walking etc
Everything was wonderful! The pickup was extremely punctual, and having a small group made the experience feel more personalized. The places we visited were stunning, and the organization was excellent. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.
What a fantastic day! A great way to see all the spectacular parts of Bruny Island. I would certainly recommend this tour operator to anyone considering a visit to the island. Bunzy and his whit and knowledge of the area made the day!
The views were amazing! The places that we stopped for food were delicious. Our tour guide, Bunsy, was super friendly. Thank you for the experience!
Amazing trip and so many wonderful experiences. Bunzy our tour guide was an absolute gem. His 7 P,s and his sense of himour kept us entertained. Trip itself was nothing short of amazing. Amazing oysters for breakfast and then a wholesome lunch yummy . Bruny island is so beautiful whether it is the neck or the light house..thanks a lot for wonderful memories.

Our guides were informative, helpful & hilarious. Bus driver careful, kind & informative. Lunch was generous & delicious. Really great experience.
The whole day was awesome. Ollie was exceptional and his trainee Jack, it really made the day. Captain on the boat sorry I dont remember his names was also awesome. the whole experience was more than we hoped for and the lunch etc was really great. I cant recomend this tour enough.
The whole experience from the bus ride to the the end
This was an amazing experience and one I would highly recommend. The best part was seeing the fur seals lazing around in their natural habitat. Jordan and Jason were great hosts. The fish and chips were delicious. Overall a great day!
The boat experience was great! We loved experiencing the power of the Southern Ocean, even on a calm day. It was fun seeing dolphins and seals and the geology of the Dolomites cliffs was fascinating. The guides were knowledgeable and entertaining🙂
The tour was well organised and interesting. Staff made an effort to make it memorable. Zoe was a fabulous tour guide. Passionate and expert. Well done
Ticketing was very easy. The bus and boat guides were fantastic. They made a beautiful place even better by their fun and happy commentary.
The amazing crew. All so friendly and funny. Liam was our excellent bus driver & very know. The eco boat cruise was just wonderful. We saw so much wildlife- a big pod of dolphins, thousands of Shearwaters skimming the sea around us, the seals. & a white breasted sea eagle. The scenery of the rock stacks and caves were all so spectacular. Well organised morning tea & lunch at Adventure Bay headquarters. Friendly staff. Best day ever.
The whole day ran very smoothly. Our driver was fantastic, awesome staff! Will definitely be back!
The boat ride was excellent, with very knowledgeable guides providing information as we travelled around the Bruny Island coast. The fish and chip lunch was great. Thank you
